1. About Us

Waymark Signs is a UK business trading at waymarksigns.co.uk.

2. Bespoke Made-to-Order Products

• All signs are handcrafted to your submitted specification.
• Production starts after full payment confirmation.
• Because products are personalised, returns/refunds are limited to damaged, defective, or materially incorrect items.
• You must check spelling, capitalisation, and order details before checkout.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Full payment is required before production.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; Waymark Signs does not store full card details.

4. Production and Delivery

• Standard production: 7 to 10 working days.
• Priority production: 3 to 5 working days.
• Fast Track: 48-hour production for qualifying orders.
• Delivery is dispatched tracked and insured to mainland UK.

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

• Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos of item and packaging.
• If damaged or materially incorrect, we will arrange a free remake/replacement.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Personalised products are generally exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If production has not started, we can usually cancel and refund in full. Once production has started, cancellation/refund is normally unavailable for bespoke orders.

7. Materials and Compliance

• Natural Welsh slate varies in texture, grain, and tone.
• Typical slate thickness is 8-12mm (batch dependant).
• Resins and pigments used are REACH compliant.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, designs, and assets are owned by Waymark Signs and may not be reused without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Performance of glow/reflective features depends on conditions and light source. Liability is limited to the order value except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed only for order fulfilment and customer communication, in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR obligations.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version active at order date applies to that order.
